Strawberry Crunch Cake

How To Make Strawberry Crunch Cake ?

INGREDIENTS:

22 Golden Oreos Crushed

5 Tbsp Melted butter

Filling

1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream

Strawberry Cake Mix (prepared according to the package directions)

Topping

12 Golden Oreos Crushed & divided into 2 bowls (one for plain Oreo topping, one for your strawberry ones)

1 1/2 Tsp Softened Butter

3 Tbsp from a small package of strawberry gelatin

DIRECTIONS:

step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

step 2:

Mix the cake mix according to the pkg directions and bake it in 9″ round pans. Let it cool.

step 3:

Mix the ingredients listed for the bottom crust and press them into a springform pan. Bake it 5 minutes, remove and cool completely.

step 4:

Soften the ice cream until it is spoonable and pour it on top of the crust, leaving about 1/2 cup aside.

step 5:

Prepare the crumb crunch topping – In a small bowl or the food processor, add the Oreo cookies and pulse into large crumbs. Add the softened butter and mix gently with a fork or your hands to make pea-sized pieces stick together

step 6:

Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the mixture into a small bowl and set aside. Pour strawberry jello powder over the remaining crumbs and continue pinching the pieces together.

step 7:

Spread the remaining 1/2 cup of softened ice cream over the top of the cake, sprinkly liberally with crunch topping.

Mashed Potatoes and Hamburger Steaks

3#s russet potatoes

1 stick butter

1 cup milk

Boil potatoes until soft,mash with potato masher,add butter and milk stir together season to taste with salt and pepper

Family pack ground beef

Salt,pepper,Tony’s,granulated garlic,onion powder

2 yellow onions sliced

2 cups beef broth

2tbs cornstarch

Mix ground beef and seasonings.form patties,brown 3 min on each side in hot cast iron skillet,set on plate.

Throw onions in same skillet let them sweat a bit,add broth season to taste,add back in burgers let them cook for 15 min.remove burgers…make a slurry with cornstarch and water equal parts.add to pan wisk until thickened add burgers back and serve.

PHILLY CHEESE STEAK CASSEROLE

Directions:

Preheat oven tо 350 dеgrееѕ. Sрrау a 9x9 baking dish with nоn-ѕtісk ѕрrау.

Dісе the рерреrѕ and оnіоnѕ іntо bіtе-ѕіzеd pieces. Mіnсе the gаrlіс.

Add the ground bееf tо a ѕkіllеt and сооk оvеr mеdіum heat, сrumblіng as іt cooks.

When bееf is broken apart, but ѕtіll pink, аdd thе рерреrѕ, оnіоn, garlic, аnd seasoned salt. Cоntіnuе сооkіng, stirring often, untіl bееf is cooked through and vеgеtаblеѕ hаvе ѕоftеnеd a bіt.

Drain grеаѕе from thе ѕkіllеt and роur mixture into thе рrераrеd bаkіng dіѕh.

Tеаr thе cheese іntо ѕmаll pieces and place оvеr the beef mixture. (I like it cheesy so I actually use more Provolone)

Add the eggs, cream, hоt ѕаuсе, and Worcestershire sauce tо a mixing bоwl аnd whisk wеll to combine.

Pour the egg mixture оvеr thе bееf аnd рlасе thе dіѕh іn thе oven. Bаkе fоr 35 mіnutеѕ оr untіl thе eggs аrе ѕеt.

Lеt ѕіt 5 mіnutеѕ bеfоrе ѕlісіng and serving.

Cheesy Hamburger Potato Casserole

Ingredients :

large russet potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/4-1/2 inch thick
3-4 tablespoons chopped onions
1 lb ground beef (really lean is preferable)
salt and pepper
Cheese sauce (the same one I use for macaroni and cheese)
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar, pepper jack or gouda cheese...basically whatever cheese you like, or a mixture of each.

DIRECTIONS :

I use a 2 1/2 quart covered casserole dish for this. This will stick unless you have a great non-stick baking dish - I never grease the pan though because of all the fat that's already in this.
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown hamburger and onion and drain off fat
Place a layer of sliced potatoes in casserole dish, top with half of hamburger/onion mixture. Salt and pepper to taste (kind of depends on how salty your cheese sauce is - you can always salt it later if it needs it).
Repeat layering of potato slices and hamburger mixture (and salt and pepper if desired).
Make Cheese sauce:.
Melt 3 T butter in saucepan over med-high heat.
Add 3 T flour, and the salt and pepper. Stir quickly to blend.
Add 2 cups milk; stir with whisk to incorporate butter/flour mixture.
Reduce heat, stir till thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat and add shredded cheddar. Stir until cheese melts.
Pour cheese sauce over hamburger and potatoes in baking dish. Push potatoes around to let cheese sauce into all of the crevices so it's well coated.
Cover and place in oven. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours, till potatoes are tender and top is browned. I like to take off the lid for the last 20 minutes or so to brown the top a bit.

Chicken Parm With Spinach Recipe

YOU'LL NEED

1 extra-large egg
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each), pounded to uniform 1⁄3-inch thickness
1 1⁄2 cups tomato sauce (make your own, or buy a jar), heated
1⁄2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Garlic-lemon spinach

HOW TO MAKE IT

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Crack the egg into a shallow dish and beat.

In a separate shallow dish (a pie pan works nicely), combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and a few generous pinches of salt and black pepper.

Working with one piece of chicken at a time, dip into the egg, then into the bread crumbs, using your fingers to press the crumbs into the chicken.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet or roasting pan and place in the oven on the middle rack.

Bake for about 12 minutes, until the chicken is firm to the touch and the bread crumbs are golden brown.

Remove the chicken from the oven and set the oven to broil.

Cover each breast with a good ladle of tomato sauce and a handful of mozzarella. Return to the middle rack of the oven and broil for about 3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Serve the chicken over the spinach with extra tomato sauce, if you like.

Old Fashioned Chocolate Buttermilk Cake

The perfect recipe for an old-fashioned chocolate buttermilk cake that is so moist that your guests will think it came from a bakery!

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1 1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 (1-oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

2 cups sifted cake flour

1 tsp. salt

1 cup buttermilk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. baking soda

1 Tbsp. vinegar

Chocolate Frosting

1/2 cup butter, softened

3 cups confectioners’ sugar

3 (1-oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Half-and-half (if necessary)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 9-inch cake pans. Line bottom of pan with parchment paper.

In large bowl or standing mixer, cream butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in melted chocolate.

In separate bowl, combine four and salt. Add buttermilk and chocolate mixture, alternating. Stir in vanilla.

In small bowl, dissolve baking soda in vinegar. Slowly add this to the chocolate mixture. Mix just until blended. Do not over-mix.

Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes then remove from pans. Transfer to wire racks and cool completely before frosting.

Chocolate Frosting

In large mixing bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy. Slowly add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well between additions. Stir in chocolate and vanilla. If necessary, thin frosting with 1-2 tsps. half-and-half.

Peach cobbler cheesecake cones

1 lb peaches

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup sugar

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

3 graham crackers, crumbled

Instructions

Peel, slice & cut all peaches into small chunks.

Into smaller pot add cut peaches, sugar & ground cinnamon. Cook on stove on low heat for 8-10 minutes until peaches are soft. Once cooked place in fridge to cool.

Into medium bowl add condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir the two together until combined. Set aside.

Into large bowl add whipping cream. Using hand mixer blend the cream on medium-high speed until it turns into thick whip cream.

Once whipped cream is created, transfer whipped cream into bowl with milk/vanilla mixture. Slowly fold the whipped cream in to combine.

Into rectangular bread dish, add a layer of vanilla whipped cream. Next add 1/3 crumbled graham crackers & peaches. Repeat the process 2 more times.

Once the ice cream is layered, place into freezer for 4-5 hours until set. After set, serve & enjoy!
